Treasure Island Group is not responsible for typographical errors.
Treasure Island Group reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Treasure Island Group Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
Treasure Island Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Treasure Island Group Store at any time.
Treasure Island Group may make changes to any products or services offered at the Treasure Island Group Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the Treasure Island Group Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Treasure Island Group makes no commitment to update the information provided at the Treasure Island Group Store with respect to such products and services.
Treasure Island Group reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Treasure Island Group Store, or to any portion of the Treasure Island Group Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Treasure Island Group Store, or any portion of the Treasure Island Group Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Treasure Island Group Store, or any portion of the Treasure Island Group Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes. To the extent permitted by law, all sales at the Treasure Island Group Store are governed by Turkish law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. No Treasure Island Group employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Treasure Island Group Store’s policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale. If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
Treasure Island Group’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by Treasure Island Group of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between Treasure Island Group and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies. These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
The Treasure Island Group Store provides access to Treasure Island Group international data and, therefore, may contain references or cross references to Treasure Island Group products, programs and services that are not announced in your country. Such reference does not imply that Treasure Island Group in your country intends to announce such products, programs or services.

Shipping Terms & Conditions
Sales orders that reach the free shipping threshold will stay free for shipping.
Sales orders that do not reach free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be shown on checkout.
All orders of 8,000 Turkish Lira’s and over, qualify for free shipping from Treasure Island Group warehouse to the all countries mentioned in the drop menu on the website. All orders made and shipped within turkey of 3,000 Turkish Lira’s qualify for free shipping from Treasure Island Group. The maximum allowable weight to qualify for free shipping Treasure Island Group is 20kgs.
Product exclusions: Bulky items like e-bikes, scooters, 3D printers, are excluded from the Free-Shipping offer from Treasure Island Group.
Shipment Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the final destination of the client. Below is an estimate of the delivery times for each region:
Turkey – 3 to 7 Days
Europe – 15 to 20 Days
Rest of the World – 15 to 30 Days
The client will receive a tracking number (where available) and will be able to track the shipment. Treasure Island Group is not responsible for any delay that may occur by the Courier.
Returns Or Refunds
Customers may return items to Treasure Island Group for store credit to be used for purchasing other products within Treasure Island Group. This must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the item must be in a good condition.
- Good condition refers original packaging with ALL accessories included and without damage. Clothing tags must be attached to the clothing items.
- If the original packaging has been opened and/or damaged, there will be no exchange.
Treasure Island Group Service Center doesn’t accept crash, damaged parts of the items due to misuse, and items that have been modified.
Treasure Island Group accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.-The warranty period for all types of batteries is within 60 days, 1 year for other products such as internal parts (ESC, motor, servo, etc.) and RC items (plane, helicopter, boat and car).
The warranty period is effective unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Photos and/ or videos are required for Initial Evaluation. All types of FAULTY batteries are NOT required to be returned to Treasure Island Group. Photos and/ or videos are enough to justify the fault of the item.
