The Legendary Porsche 934 Based on the Porsche 930 introduced in 1975, the 934 was developed to compete in the Group 4 GT category of FIA races. Equipped with a high-powered flat-six turbo engine, the car came to dominate the production car racing scene throughout the world during the 1970s in the hands of many private racing teams and had many impressive performances, including a 2nd place finish at Le Mans 24 Hours. On-Road GT-01 Chassis This new compact R/C chassis is perfect for both indoor and outdoor driving. Its lightweight semi-monocoque frame has a low center of gravity and a durable roll cage for excellent balance. 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension features a unique front-mounted horizontal friction damper system allowing for an accurate low silhouette. A rear-mounted high-efficiency Type 370 motor drives the rear wheels just like in the actual car, with a ball differential and slipper clutch ensuring maximum traction. Full ball bearings and universal shafts come standard to help minimize friction loss. In addition, a full range of Option Parts are available to further customize your machine. ■Front Suspension Suspension lower arm movements are absorbed by the horizontally mounted inboard dampers via rod and rocker arm. This unique setup allows the accurate depiction of low-nose race cars. ■Body Mount Reverse body mount is used to attach the body to the chassis. Catch pins are all beneath the body, creating a clean body surface for the most realistic scale look. ■Rear End Rear-mounted motor drives the rear wheels to recreate the same drivetrain as the actual car. Model comes standard with ball differential and slipper clutch to ensure maximum traction.
